Crowell & Moring Expands Chicago Presence with Addition of Seasoned Corporate Partners

International law firm Crowell & Moring has further expanded its reach by drafting two seasoned corporate partners to their Chicago office. The firm announced on Thursday, the addition of John Koenigsknecht and David Stone to their team.

Both Koenigsknecht and Stone have a distinguished history of serving as advisors and acting as outside general counsel to both public and private companies. Additionally, they provide guidance to management and boards on critical matters of governance, compliance, and executive compensation. Their combined expertise will certainly enhance Crowell & Moring’s service offering.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Koenigsknecht and Stone led the cross-border and international practice at Neal Gerber, a Chicago-based law firm. They also played a significant role in the firm’s corporate and securities practice, contributing their wealth of experience and knowledge in these areas.
