As reported by Bloomberg Law Automation, Greenberg Traurig has made a pivotal addition to its Chicago office. Experienced lawyer, Matt Whited, previously of Kirkland & Ellis, is joining the firm as a company shareholder.
Whited specializes in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, general partner-led secondaries, and general corporate and transactional matters. His addition will develop Greenberg Traurig’s practices in these areas, adding to the firm’s capacity to provide expertise in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
