In a recent press release, international law firm Sheppard Mullin announced the arrival of Kwan-Ho Chung to their Intellectual Property Practice Group and Life Sciences Industry Team based in Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Chung held a partner position at Perkins Coie. His extensive experience is proven as he has represented a broad range of companies spanning the United States, Europe, Korea, and Japan in diverse sectors including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and medical devices.
Chung’s role encompasses many responsibilities, most crucial of which are procurement, management, evaluation, enforcement, and defence of patents. Moreover, he is also expected to provide intellectual property counsel indicative of his role in the practice group.
