Clark Hill Strengthens National Presence with Strategic Merger with LaszloLaw

Renowned law firm Clark Hill has announced its recent merger with LaszloLaw, a boutique law firm based in Boulder, Colorado. Clark Hill revealed that this merger aids in their strategy of adding depth to existing practice groups as well as expanding their geographic influence in regions where they’ve already established a presence.

The integration signifies an enhancement to Clark Hill’s capacity with the welcoming of LaszloLaw’s three key professionals into their team. This includes partners Michael Laszlo, Theodore Laszlo Jr., and senior attorney Veronica Vecchio. Post-merger, the trio will continue their operations in Boulder under Michael Laszlo’s leadership.

Clark Hill’s merger has increased the firm’s active offices to 28 in total. Just last year, they consolidated their position in Chicago and broadened their operations in Philadelphia through strategic local mergers and significant acquisitions.

LaszloLaw, a firm established in 2001, has earned a reputation for its focus on commercial and corporate transactions and litigation. Clark Hill’s chief executive officer, John Hensien, acknowledged this expertise, stating that LaszloLaw’s practices and clients dovetail nicely with Clark Hill’s existing operations.
