Fanuele brings to White & Case undeniable expertise from his successful career advising investment banks, corporates, private equity, and real estate funds on private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets transactions, and strategic joint ventures.
Before joining White & Case, Domenico Fanuele was a key member of the legal team at Studio Legale Associato Shearman & Sterling.
