Jared Nagley, an experienced attorney with a focus on antitrust matters, has recently joined the legal ranks of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton. According to the firm’s official announcement, Nagley will now form a part of their antitrust and competition practice group, as well as the healthcare industry team at the New York office.
Carrying an expansive portfolio, Nagley handles an array of antitrust issues, which includes everything from litigation and strategic counseling to substantive legal matters such as mergers and acquisitions. His involvement with government investigations, representation before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, coupled with his dealings with state and international enforcement authorities, makes him a valuable addition to the team at Sheppard Mullin.
Prior to his shift to Sheppard Mullin, Nagley served as counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. His move is indicative of the ongoing talent shuffle in the corporate legal world, driven in part by the increasing complexity and global aspect of antitrust law.
