Leading Law Firms Confirmed to Represent Puig in €2.9 Billion Spanish IPO

Linklaters, Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, and Davis Polk & Wardwell have been confirmed as representatives for the Spanish fashion and fragrance brand, Puig, in its upcoming initial public offering. According to the IPO prospectus, the deal is estimated to be worth around €2.9 billion.

Linklaters’ Madrid office will take center stage, acting as the main advisor for the move. Iñigo Berricano, Luis Roth, and Pablo Medina are the firm’s partners that were named to lead the team. While the details of the IPO remain behind closed doors, this move comes not long after Puig tasked Baker McKenzie in 2020 with overseeing its acquisition of a majority stake in the British skincare and makeup company, Charlotte Tilbury.
