With an array of experience in environmental and energy transactional matters, Duncan brings to the table his invaluable expertise in regulatory counseling and environmental litigation. Duncan, who also has had considerable experience working on brownfield redevelopment projects and transactional-related environmental due diligence, is expected to make a significant contribution to the firm’s ongoing endeavors.
