With a depth of experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, including competitive auctions, takeovers, joint ventures, and carve-outs, Fauceglia brings a comprehensive toolkit to his new role at Orrick. The team he joins includes five associates and one of counsel, as per the firm’s announcement. Prior to moving to Orrick, Fauceglia held a crucial position at Shearman & Sterling.
