In a significant move for the legal field, Loeb & Loeb, a prominent American law firm, has reportedly welcomed aboard two key figures from an affiliate law firm of CMS in Hong Kong.
One of these is none other than Shirley Lau, a well-respected industry veteran who founded the CMS affiliate firm in Hong Kong. She will be bringing her extensive expertise in the capital markets and corporate practices to Loeb & Loeb.
