Joseph Githaiga, former director of legal business and solutions at PwC Kenya, has taken on a new role as a co-founding partner in the Nairobi office of Spencer West, a U.K. based law firm. The firm announced Githaiga’s appointment on May 1. He will serve within its corporate, commercial, data protection and cyber security teams. Meanwhile, telecommunications company MTN has hired a new telecoms regulatory executive.
