E-discovery provider, Reveal, recently announced its acquisition of Onna; a data management platform, further cementing its intentions of creating an end-to-end electronic discovery tool powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Although the specific financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, this move is described as strategic for Reveal. Acquiring Onna will significantly enhance the ‘left side’ of Reveal’s Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Onna’s expertise bolsters the existing capabilities of Reveal’s eDiscovery platform, which seeks to provide a comprehensive AI-powered solution that extends from data collection to the courtroom. This endeavour aligns with Reveal’s broader goal of creating a full spectrum of e-discovery solutions.
