Aderant Unveils Stridyn: Advancing Cloud-First Strategy for Legal Industry

As Aderant, a leading technology firm offering business and practice management software to mid- to large-sized law firms around the world, rolls out its Global Momentum user conference currently ongoing in Nashville, it has made a significant announcement. The launch of Stridyn, a novel cloud platform, is expected to be the bedrock for all the firm’s cloud and AI-based applications.

The unveiling of Stridyn represents the high point of a year where Aderant has consistently ramped up its cloud-first strategy. This is markedly seen in its Expert Sierra cloud-based practice management application, and in its thrust towards developing AI tools aimed at enhancing law business management. Notably, this includes MADDI, an AI-powered virtual associate introduced in June of last year.

At the helm of these initiatives is Aderant’s President and CEO Chris Cartrett. With a decade-long tenure with the company, Cartrett was named President in 2021 and assumed the CEO role on January 3, 2022. Just over two years into his post, and ahead of Aderant’s conference this week, Cartrett had a sit-down discussion about the company’s recent news as well as a wider conversation about the company and the legal industry.
