The National Law Journal and Law.com have announced the finalists for the 2024 Elite Trial Lawyers Awards. From countless entries, plaintiff law firms across the United States are progressing to the competition’s final round. The winners across 23 award categories will be announced on July 11 at the ETL award ceremony at Lotte New York Palace.
The awards honor law firms’ exceptional plaintiffs work within difficult bench or jury trials or significant settlements. Winners should boast a significant victory across the contest period, additionally demonstrating an impressive track record of wins over the last three to five years. Participating firms must have contributed at least 50% of their litigation resources to plaintiffs work and shown innovative approaches to case resolution.
Valuable categories span from Antitrust and Civil Rights to Medical Malpractice and Technology. Participating firms include Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, and Morgan & Morgan among a host of other highly competent legal practitioners.
Individual honors for this year’s Elite Trial Lawyers Awards will recognize practitioners in categories such as Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar, Rising Stars of the Plaintiffs Bar, and the Lifetime Achievement Award
