The multinational law firm Fox Rothschild welcomed Samuel E. Webb, Brooke L. Sargeant, and Eileen S. Sun as partners to their intellectual property (IP) practice group in Seattle on Friday, as reported by Bloomberg Law Automation.
Webb has a strong resume guiding clients through intellectual property aspects associated with funding events, acquisitions, licensing transactions, and collaborations, his insight being invaluable for Fox Rothschild’s clientele.
Complementing Webb’s experience, Sargeant offers specialized advice to domestic and international pharma and biotech companies on patent strategy and portfolio management. Similarly, Sun also advises clients from these sectors but specifically focuses on patent prosecution, licensing, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, the three attorneys practiced at the well-recognized Seed IP law firm. By bringing their complex understanding of intellectual property law and considerable practices to an already thriving group, Webb, Sargeant, and Sun are prime additions to Fox Rothschild’s Seattle practice.
