National litigation law firm, Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, has welcomed Charles Carson to its commercial litigation practice group as a partner, the firm reported on Monday . Carson, whose extensive litigation experience features both commercial litigation and insurance issues, will be based out of the firm’s Phoenix office.
Carson’s professional repertoire includes handling professional liability, commercial premises liability and product liability matters. Adding to his professional merit, he has led in more than 40 civil jury trials, several bench trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations, as confirmed by Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani.
