Renowned intellectual property litigator, Grace Pan, is the latest addition to the impressive roster of Carlton Fields. She has joined as a shareholder in the national intellectual property division based out of New York, as announced by the firm earlier this week.
Pan’s practice centers around IP litigation, patent law, trade dress, and trade secrets. Her credentials include being a registered patent attorney with a rich history of dealing with matters before the US Patent and Trademark Office, and federal district and appellate courts. This diverse experience aligns well with Carlton Fields’ multi-faceted intellectual property practice.
Beyond her work within US legal parameters, Pan has also represented companies before various international courts including the Tokyo District Court, the Intellectual Property High Court in Tokyo, the Taipei District Court, and the Beijing District People’s Court. The international perspective she brings to Carlton Fields is expected to further bolster the firm’s global reach.
