Renowned law firm Arnold & Porter has recently welcomed a new addition to their partnership, former US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) counsel, Eva Temkin.
Temkin joins Arnold & Porter’s life sciences and healthcare regulatory practice in Washington, as officially announced by the company on Tuesday.
In her earlier roles, Temkin carried the tasks of FDA counsel and acting director for policy at the FDA’s Office of Therapeutic Biologics and Biosimilars. In these positions, she provided advice and guidance to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies on a variety of FDA regulatory matters.
Eva Temkin’s experience also includes leading FDA counsel on intricate litigation matters and counseling clients through FDA dispute resolution proceedings.
Her extensive legal expertise in dealing with FDA regulatory issues is expected to be a significant asset to Arnold & Porter’s life sciences and healthcare regulatory practice.
