Former EDNY Chief Nicole Boeckmann Joins Bracewell’s Investigative Practice as Partner

Nicole Boeckmann, a distinguished legal professional with several notable roles in her career, has recently joined Bracewell’s government enforcement and investigations practice which is located in New York. Boeckmann has assumed the position of a partner at Bracewell, as per the announcement made by the firm.

Most notably, Boeckmann has had a remarkable tenure at the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. During her time with the office, she progressed through multiple positions, with her most recent role being the chief of the office’s Long Island Division. In this position, she displayed her exemplary management skills by supervising a team comprising of over 60 employees.

In addition to this role, Boeckmann further demonstrated her versatility by serving as the acting first assistant US attorney and acting chief of the criminal division. Her comprehensive experience extends across a broad spectrum of legal matters. Notably, this includes white-collar crime, public corruption, national security, cybercrime, and racketeering.

These roles have provided her with a wealth of experience, and undoubtedly, this will likely make significant contributions to Bracewell’s expanding government enforcement and investigations practice.
