Michael Holston, former General Electric Co. Legal Chief, is set to join the notable law firm, Paul Weiss. Holston cited the opportunity to collaborate with Scott Barshay, chair of the firm’s Corporate Department, as a significant factor in his decision, stating, “I think Scott is the best M&A lawyer in the world.”
