Michael Holston, the former senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of General Electric Co., has joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner, the law firm announced Tuesday.
During his tenure at General Electric, Holston guided the company’s legal and compliance divisions through the significant restructuring that culminated in a three-way split. The company noted his leadership in overseeing the global legal, compliance, ethics, and environment, health, and safety organizations throughout his more than six-year service.
