In her new role, Allen will co-chair the tax practice, focusing on UK and international tax concerns relating to private equity and merger & acquisition transactions. Her extensive experience includes advising private equity firms and corporations on various tax aspects throughout the transaction cycle, from investments to divestments. She also collaborates closely with principals, management, and their advisers to navigate complex tax issues.
Allen’s move to Greenberg Traurig comes from her previous position at Morrison & Foerster, further solidifying her established profile in the legal sector.
