David Ehrlich has joined Holland & Knight’s corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities practice group in New York as a partner, according to the firm’s announcement Tuesday.
In his new role, Ehrlich will advise financial sponsors and corporate clients on a range of complex transactional and investment matters. His expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, deployment activities, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, and commercial transactions. The firm also highlighted his experience working with clients from diverse sectors such as defense technology, aerospace, space launch, and cybersecurity.
Ehrlich joins Holland & Knight from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, enhancing the firm’s capacity to handle intricate corporate transactions and strategic investments.
