Former Theranos Prosecutor John Bostic Joins Cooley’s Palo Alto White-Collar Defense Team

Cooley has bolstered its white-collar defense and investigations team in Palo Alto by hiring John Bostic, a former assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Northern California, as a partner. Bostic, who served as a federal prosecutor for nearly a decade, managed a variety of high-profile cases, most notably his role in the Theranos trial against CEO Elizabeth Holmes and COO Ramesh Balwani.
