According to Norton Rose Fulbright, Bohr brings extensive expertise in capital markets and lending transactions, with a particular focus on investment grade and leveraged finance as well as sub-investment grade transactions and restructurings.
In recent years, Bohr’s practice has mainly revolved around European high yield bond and leveraged lending transactions. Prior to this new role, Bohr served at Mayer Brown, another prominent name in the legal industry.
