Biglaw Firms Excel in Client Service: BTI Consulting Report Highlights Top Attorneys for 2024

A recent report by the BTI Consulting Group highlights exceptional client service among attorneys at Biglaw firms, according to in-house leaders. This annual ranking, compiled from interviews with over 300 in-house decision-makers at organizations generating more than $700 million in annual revenue, names nearly 300 lawyers as “all-stars” for client service.

In the 2024 list, firms with at least five lawyers hailed for their outstanding client service by in-house clients include:

  • Littler: 7
  • Ogletree Deakins: 7
  • BakerHostetler: 6
  • DLA Piper: 6
  • Gibson Dunn: 6
  • King & Spalding: 6
  • McGuireWoods: 6
  • Morgan Lewis: 6
  • Carlton Fields: 5
  • Faegre Drinker: 5
  • Greenberg Traurig: 5
  • Latham: 5

Among these top performers, only two attorneys were lauded by multiple clients: Jennifer Battle of Carpenter Lipps and Andrew Wronski of Foley & Lardner.
