Jasmine Juteau Joins Pryor Cashman as Partner, Strengthening White Collar Defense Practice

Jasmine Juteau has taken up a new role as a partner at Pryor Cashman, where she will be contributing to the firm’s white collar defense and investigations practice based in their New York office. This move underscores Pryor Cashman’s continued expansion and enhancement of its white collar defense team. As noted by Bloomberg Law, the firm publicly announced her addition on Monday.

Juteau brings a wealth of experience to her new position, specializing in regulatory enforcement, criminal defense, complex civil litigation, and corporate compliance. Over her career, she has represented both individuals and corporate entities embroiled in allegations of fraud, insider trading, collusion, market manipulation, and embezzlement. Her prowess extends to internal controls and disclosure violations, with a notable example being her role as defense counsel in a multi-month criminal trial concerning former leaders of Dewey & LeBoeuf for alleged accounting fraud.

Juteau’s prior professional engagements were with Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello PC, where she honed her skills and built up a substantial portfolio in white collar defense and regulatory matters. Her move to Pryor Cashman is seen as a strategic enhancement of the firm’s capabilities in handling high-stakes regulatory and criminal defense cases.
