Dentons has hired former Dechert corporate lawyer Stephen Chan as a partner for its Hong Kong office. Chan brings extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, equity capital markets including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) listings, restructurings, and takeovers.
