Julia Taylor and Michael Petrizzo have joined Saul Ewing as partners in its corporate practice in Washington and Philadelphia, respectively, the firm announced Monday. They will be advising clients on numerous corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and stock and asset purchases and dispositions.
Their expertise extends to assisting private equity and venture capital investors with the acquisition or disposition of portfolio companies. Additionally, both attorneys are skilled in handling corporate restructurings, representing companies engaged in purchasing or selling assets as part of bankruptcy proceedings.
Taylor and Petrizzo join Saul Ewing from Armstrong Teasdale, bringing with them a wealth of experience to bolster the firm’s corporate practice.
