Above the Law is once again reaching out to in-house attorneys to contribute to its annual compensation report. The 2024 edition of this report promises to offer a detailed benchmarking tool, allowing professionals to compare pay across various dimensions including geographic region, industry, type of organization, size of department, practice area, position, gender, and years of experience.
In-house counsel are encouraged to take a brief survey that aims to collect comprehensive data for this report. Participation in the survey has been steadily growing, with the 2023 survey achieving record engagement from more than 1,900 in-house lawyers. This year, the goal is to surpass 2,000 participants. All responses are completely anonymous, and the survey is designed to take just a few minutes.
