In a newly filed securities class action, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati attorneys Caz Hashemi, Jessica L. Snorgrass, and Stephen B. Strain have entered appearances on behalf of Autodesk and several of its executives. The court action, initiated on April 24 in the Northern District of California by the Rosen Law Firm, alleges that Autodesk concealed deficiencies in its internal controls over financial reporting and fraud disclosure. The case, 4:24-cv-02431, Barkasi v. Autodesk, Inc. et al., has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers.
