Masdar Acquires Greece’s Terna Energy for €3.2 Billion: Simmons & Simmons and Reed Smith Take Lead Roles

Simmons & Simmons and Reed Smith have secured lead roles in Abu Dhabi-based Masdar’s €3.2 billion acquisition of Greek renewable energy company Terna Energy. The Emirati state-owned renewable energy company Masdar has engaged Simmons for counsel. The team is led by London-based corporate partner Raghav Ghai and energy and infrastructure of counsel Corinne Noel, as reported here.
