Nathan Mammen Joins Snell & Wilmer’s Washington D.C. Office to Strengthen Intellectual Property Group

Nathan Mammen has joined the Washington D.C. office of Snell & Wilmer as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property group, the firm announced Monday.

Mammen brings over 16 years of experience in litigating intellectual property matters across various venues, including district courts nationwide, the International Trade Commission, and in international arbitrations. His practice spans a wide range of technologies such as agricultural equipment and digital agriculture technology, medical devices, radio-frequency identification, wireless communication, semiconductors, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to his new role at Snell & Wilmer, Mammen was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, underlining his extensive background in high-stakes IP litigation.
