Lowenstein Sandler LLP has appointed David Posner and Gianfranco Finizio as partners in its bankruptcy and restructuring department at the firm’s New York office. This strategic move, announced Tuesday, bolsters the firm’s expertise in dealing with complex reorganizations and financially distressed situations.
Posner’s practice focuses on representing companies, official committees of unsecured creditors, acquirers, financial institutions, and other significant parties in interest in complex reorganization cases. He also has experience in debtor/creditor rights issues and commercial litigation.
Finizio, on the other hand, brings to the table his extensive experience representing official committees of unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, bank agents, and other major secured and unsecured creditors in various aspects of insolvency proceedings. Both Posner and Finizio were previously associated with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.
