Benjamin Heriaud has taken on a new role as a partner at Vinson & Elkins in their mergers and acquisitions and capital markets practice group, the firm announced Monday.
Heriaud will be based in New York and brings with him extensive experience in representing corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and investment banks. His expertise lies in capital-raising transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), hybrid and private capital transactions, acquisition financings, and high-yield debt offerings.
In addition to his focus on capital markets, Heriaud also provides counsel on mergers and acquisitions, disclosure, corporate governance, and compliance matters. He has worked with companies across various industries, particularly in the tech sector.
