Martin Shkreli, widely known as the ‘Pharma Bro,’ is facing a new legal challenge. Accused of trade secret misappropriation, Shkreli is embroiled in litigation for allegedly live streaming portions of the exclusive Wu-Tang Clan album, ‘Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.’ This rare album, of which only a single copy exists, was part of Shkreli’s assets forfeited following his 2017 conviction. Despite the forfeiture, Shkreli is alleged to have retained digital copies of the album, which he subsequently disseminated online, purportedly reducing its value for its new owners, PleasrDAO.
