Anil Arora has joined Mishcon de Reya’s London office as a corporate tax partner, the firm announced on Monday. Arora brings with him extensive experience in advising clients on a range of tax-related matters including corporate and personal tax reliefs, early-stage equity and financing structures, venture debt and debt instruments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and exit planning.
Prior to joining Mishcon de Reya, Arora served as tax director at Blick Rothenberg, a significant tenure that has enhanced his expertise in corporate tax advisory.
