Alston & Bird has announced the addition of three new partners from Sidley Austin, a move that aims to bolster the firm’s corporate, health care, and real estate practices. Dave Zampa, Erin Felchner, and Brielle Cuskelly are the new partners who bring significant expertise and a wealth of experience to Alston & Bird.
Dave Zampa’s practice focuses on complex public and private M&A transactions, spinoffs, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, with a specific emphasis on the health care industry. Erin Felchner’s experience includes representing commercial and investment banks, as well as institutional investors, in complex financings. She also works with borrowers, purchasers, and sellers on various commercial real estate matters. Brielle Cuskelly specializes in real estate finance transactions, advising private equity funds, management companies, investment banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.
The announcement came on Tuesday as reported by Bloomberg Law, marking a strategic enhancement to Alston & Bird’s capabilities in key practice areas.
