California Judge Dismisses Pioneering Lawsuit Against TikTok User by Kline & Specter

A California judge has dismissed Kline & Specter’s claims against Bosworth. The law firm sought to be the first in the country to establish that a third party could sue a TikTok user for allegedly violating TikTok’s terms of service.
