After nearly 30 depositions and three years of litigation, Atlanta attorneys with Deitch + Rogers have secured a $15 million settlement in a premises liability case. The legal team comprising Andrew T. Rogers, Gilbert H. Deitch, Michael D’Antignac, and Kara E. Phillips represented two Georgia women who were assaulted by an intruder inside their apartment at knifepoint.
