Greenberg Traurig has announced the addition of two seasoned legal professionals, Patrick Kassen and Matthew Bromberg, as shareholders in its New York office. The law firm detailed that Kassen and Bromberg will bolster its corporate, investment management, and financial regulatory and compliance practices. More details were released Thursday.
Kassen previously served as the general counsel of Blackstone’s portfolio company, Link Logistics. He specializes in the private equity and real estate sectors, providing clients with counsel on transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Bromberg joins from Exchange Traded Managers Group, LLC, where he held the roles of general counsel and chief compliance officer. His expertise includes advising global investment advisers, banks, broker-dealers, and transfer agents.
