Philadelphia Courts Halt Proceedings Due to Global Technology Disruptions from CrowdStrike Update


The Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas canceled its Friday proceedings due to technology outages resulting from a problematic CrowdStrike software update. The court announced that all First Judicial District offices would be closed for the day due to worldwide technology disruptions impacting the Courts of Philadelphia. Notably, Joe Tucker Jr. commented, “We’re trial lawyers so we learn to pivot. That’s what we’re going to do.”
