A former security director at Fox Corp. has initiated legal proceedings against the media company, alleging wrongful termination following his report of a contractor’s sexual assault. According to the lawsuit, plaintiffs Jared Rasmussen and Jane Doe claim they were retaliated against and subsequently fired after reporting incidents of sexual assault on Doe by a former Fox employee to the network’s Human Resources and Legal departments.
