Chris Bellamy and Marcia McShane have joined the Nashville office of Fisher Phillips as partners, the firm announced Wednesday. Bellamy’s portfolio spans a range of areas, including securities and derivative lawsuits, complex litigation matters, contract disputes, personnel issues, and government regulations, as well as tort claims.
McShane’s practice primarily focuses on defending management in complex legal claims at the administrative, trial, and appellate levels. Additionally, she works with employers to prevent legal disputes through the development and implementation of management training programs, audits, and best practices.
