The departure has left Holland & Knight re-evaluating its position in the city.
Nonetheless, Holland & Knight is determined to rebuild. Their executive partner, Richard Harris, alongside a talented team, aims to leverage the firm’s extensive resources—spanning 34 offices and about 2,200 professionals—to stabilize and grow their Philadelphia foothold. In a statement, the firm reiterated its commitment to maintaining a robust presence in Philadelphia and continuing to serve a global roster of innovative companies.
Polsinelli, on the other hand, has yet to reveal the names of the 20 partners, whose departure and re-assimilation represent a significant reshuffling within the legal landscape of Philadelphia.
