Two Am Law 100 firms, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Sullivan & Cromwell, are pushing for Coinbase Inc. in a legal battle with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The firms are arguing in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York that the SEC should conduct an extensive search to produce relevant documents during discovery.
