Willkie Farr & Gallagher has confirmed their decision to extend their lease for another 20 years at 787 Seventh Ave., a location the firm has called home for the past 25 years. The renewed commitment to their 315,000-square-foot office space, situated in the Axa Equitable Center, reflects the firm’s satisfaction with the building, a strong partnership with the landlord, and the opportunities presented by redesigning their workspace. According to New York office managing partner Rosalind Fahey Kruse, the firm will be “undergoing a complete overhaul of the space.”
