Morgan Lewis Expands German Presence with Trio of Key Partner Hires

Morgan Lewis is enhancing its footprint in Germany with the addition of three seasoned partners: Alexander Klett, Sebastian Dexheimer, and Christoph Mikyska. As part of the firm’s strategic growth initiative, Klett and Mikyska join the Munich office as intellectual property partners, while Dexheimer will be based in Frankfurt, focusing on private equity.

The firm announced the new hires on Monday. Klett, who transitions from Reed Smith, will provide expertise in non-technical IP litigation and transactional IP law. Mikyska’s practice will encompass all facets of trademark, design, and copyright law as well as unfair competition law with a specialization in IP litigation. Meanwhile, Dexheimer will advise corporations and private equity firms, rounding out the firm’s capabilities in Frankfurt.

This expansion highlights Morgan Lewis’ continued commitment to strengthening its legal services in key European markets, catering to current and future client needs in the region.
