Kluchenek brings a broad range of experience to his new role, representing various market participants including exchanges, clearinghouses, brokers, advisors, dealers, trading firms, and commercial end-users. His expertise spans enforcement, regulatory, and transactional matters involving derivatives, securities, and cryptocurrencies.
In his practice, Kluchenek advises clients on investigations and enforcement actions by key regulatory bodies, including the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Justice Department, among others. His work often involves cases of disruptive trading, manipulation, and noncompetitive trading practices.
