Matthew Kluchenek has joined Katten’s financial markets litigation and enforcement practice as a partner, according to an announcement made by the firm on Tuesday. Kluchenek will be based in Katten’s Chicago office.

His work often involves cases of disruptive trading, manipulation, and noncompetitive trading practices.
