Already the law firm with the greatest revenue growth on a percentage basis in the Am Law 200, Kansas City-founded Spencer Fane has been open about its ambition to grow even more via merger, both this year and next. Those plans have now taken Spencer Fane to Santa Fe, New Mexico, for a combination with Montgomery & Andrews, both sides announced Thursday.
The merger complements the work Spencer Fane already has with clients in oil and natural gas, the firm’s leader said. The integration of Montgomery & Andrews brings in 11 lawyers, growing Spencer Fane’s platform to more than 530 attorneys across 27 offices. For further details, visit the American Lawyer.
